						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Until the repudiating party&#x2019;s next performance is due he can retract his repudiation unless the <span class="dictionary">aggrieved party</span> has since the repudiation cancelled or materially changed his position or otherwise indicated that he considers the repudiation final. <a id="paragraph-266996" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.2-611/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
