						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Instead of issuing a bill of lading to the consignor at the place of shipment a carrier, at the request of the consignor, may procure the bill to be issued at destination or at any other place designated in the request. <a id="paragraph-283986" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.7-305/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
