						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall adopt procedures reasonably designed to (i) ensure the prompt <span class="dictionary">sealing</span> of <span class="dictionary">criminal history record information</span> and the <span class="dictionary">sealing</span> or purging of <span class="dictionary">criminal history record information</span>, including any records relating to an <span class="dictionary">arrest</span>, charge, or <span class="dictionary">conviction</span>, when required by state or federal <span class="dictionary">law</span>, regulation, or <span class="dictionary">court order</span> and (ii) permit opening of <span class="dictionary">sealed</span> information under conditions authorized by <span class="dictionary">law</span>.</p></section></text><history>1981, c. 632, &#xA7; 9-190; 2001, c. 844; 2021, Sp.
