						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> In the event any provisions of this article conflict with other provisions of <span class="dictionary">law</span>, the provision of this article shall control, except as provided in subsection B. <a id="paragraph-224662" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/9.1-137/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
