						<section><p>In addition to the definitions set forth in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="(Effective July 1, 2026) Definitions" href="/9.1-101/">9.1-101</a>, as used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Special conservator of the peace</span>&#x201D; means any individual appointed pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Special conservators of the peace; authority; jurisdiction; registration; liability of employers; penalty; report" href="/19.2-13/">19.2-13</a> on or after September 15, 2004.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 922.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
