						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> All nonresident transfers and applicants for a <span class="dictionary">bail bondsman</span> license shall satisfy all licensing requirements for residents of the Commonwealth. <a id="paragraph-199979" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/9.1-185.7/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
