§ 22.1-288.3 – Records; redaction of foster parent’s address upon written request

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, upon written request of a foster parent of an enrolled student, a school board employee shall redact the address of the foster parent prior to providing to the student’s parent any record containing such address.
