§ 38.2-4812 – Surplus lines insurers subject to Unlicensed Insurers Process

Every nonadmitted insurer issuing surplus lines coverage under this chapter shall be subject to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 38.2-800 et seq.) of Chapter 8.
