§ 45.2-1109 – Appointment and general qualifications of mine inspectors

A. Each mine inspector shall be appointed by the Director.

B. Each mine inspector shall hold a certificate as a mine inspector issued by the Department and possess appropriate qualifications as determined by the Director.
