Unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, as used in this title: “Board” or “State Board” means the Board of Juvenile Justice; “Child” means any natural person under eighteen years of age; “Department” means the Department of Juvenile Justice; “Director” means the Director of Juvenile Justice.
