DEFINITIONS (§ 10.1-1134.1)

As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:
		&#8220;Orchard&#8221; means agricultural land located in the Commonwealth
consisting of at least one-half acre of contiguous land dedicated to the growing
of crops from trees, bushes, or vines, which crops are used or are intended to
be used for commercial purposes.
		&#8220;Vineyard&#8221; means agricultural land located in the Commonwealth
consisting of at least one-half acre of contiguous land dedicated to the growing
of grapes that are used or are intended to be used for commercial purposes.
