FAILURE TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN LOGGING EQUIPMENT AND RAILROAD LOCOMOTIVES (§
10.1-1145)

Logging equipment and railroad locomotives operated in, through, or near
forestland, brushland or fields containing dry grass or other inflammable
material shall be equipped with appliances and maintained to prevent, as far as
may be possible, the escape of fire and sparks from the smokestacks. Any person
failing to comply with these requirements shall be guilty of a Class 4
misdemeanor for each offense committed.
