RIGHT OF ENTRY (§ 10.1-1315)

Whenever it is necessary for the purposes of this chapter, the Department or any
agent or employee thereof, when duly authorized by the Director, may at
reasonable times enter any establishment or upon any property, public or
private, to obtain information or conduct surveys or investigations.
