CERTAIN CONVEYANCES OF COURTHOUSE GROUNDS VALIDATED (§ 15.2-1642)

Any other provision of law to the contrary, notwithstanding, any conveyance made
prior to January 1, 1954, by a county, of a portion of the county courthouse
grounds, to a town to be used for public purposes, shall be in all respects
valid.
