PERMITTING INDIVIDUALS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS TO OPERATE STANDS FOR SALE OF
NEWSPAPERS, ETC (§ 15.2-1805)

A locality, by ordinance or resolution, may authorize any individual with a
visual impairment to construct, maintain and operate, under the supervision of
the Virginia Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired, in the county or city
courthouse or in any other property of the locality, a stand for the sale of
newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products and similar articles and
may prescribe rules for the operation of such stand.
