PROCEDURE TO ACCOUNT FOR FEES FOR COMMON IMPROVEMENTS (§ 15.2-2256)

Upon a verified petition signed by the owners, other than the original
subdivider, of ten percent of the lots in any subdivision, the board of
directors or other governing body of the subdivision charged with collection of
fees and the maintenance of common improvements shall render an annual report
with a statement of account of all fees collected and the disposition of all
funds derived from any fees assessed for the maintenance of common improvements
to the lot owners. The board of directors or other governing body of the
subdivision may charge the lot owners for the actual cost of copying the annual
report.
