SUBSEQUENT RESOLUTIONS (§ 15.2-2641)

If the question of contracting a debt, borrowing money and issuing bonds for the
purpose or purposes set forth in the ordinance or resolution is approved at the
election called and held for such purpose, the governing body of the county,
subsequent to the recording of the results of the election, may, by ordinance or
resolution, at one time or from time to time, authorize the issuance of bonds. A
copy of each ordinance or resolution authorizing the issuance of bonds,
certified by the clerk of the governing body of the county, shall be filed with
the clerk of the circuit court for the county.
