NOTICE OF DETERMINATION BY COURT; EFFECT ON OTHER PROCEEDINGS (§ 15.2-3303)

The clerk of the circuit court shall give notice of the court&#8217;s
determination of a county&#8217;s or tier-city&#8217;s eligibility for immunity
to any court in which proceedings were stayed pending a determination of county
or tier-city immunity. If county or tier-city immunity is granted by order of
the court, any suits stayed pending a determination of such immunity shall be
dismissed. If county or tier-city immunity is not granted by order of the court,
such stays shall be dissolved.
