RULES AS TO PATIENTS (§ 15.2-5333)

An authority shall have power to make rules governing the admission of patients
to, and the care, conduct, and treatment of patients in, any hospital operated
by the authority; to determine whether patients presented to the hospital for
treatment are subjects for charity, to fix the compensation to be paid by
patients other than those unable to assist themselves; and to maintain and
operate isolation wards for the care and treatment of mental, contagious or
other similar diseases.
