CLERKS TO PROCURE BOOKS FOR RECORD (§ 17.1-241)

Every circuit court clerk shall procure appropriate books for records as the
business of his office requires. But orders for the same shall first be obtained
by the clerks from the governing bodies of their respective counties or cities.
