COSTS WHEN SUIT IS IN NAME OF ONE PERSON FOR ANOTHER (§ 17.1-603)

When a suit is in the name of one person for the benefit of any other, if
judgment is entered for the defendant&#8217;s costs, it shall be against such
other.
