PERSONS SUFFERING DEATH FROM MOB ATTEMPTING TO LYNCH ANOTHER PERSON (§ 18.2-45)

Every person suffering death from a mob attempting to lynch another person shall
come within the provisions of this article, and his personal representative
shall be entitled to relief in the same manner and to the same extent as if he
were the originally intended victim of such mob.
