MAKING SOUND RECORDINGS OF JURY DELIBERATIONS (§ 18.2-468)

If any person shall install or cause to be installed or use or cause to be used
any microphone or device designed for recording or transmitting for recording
sound in any jury room in this Commonwealth for the purpose of recording the
deliberations of any jury or for the purpose of preparing a summary of such
deliberations, he shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony.
