WHEN CONSERVATOR APPOINTED UNDER § 19.2-13 NEED NOT BE A CITIZEN (§ 19.2-15)

Any such conservator appointed under the provisions of § 19.2-13 whose
jurisdiction is limited to the grounds attached to an airport, need not be a
citizen of the Commonwealth if the proprietors of such airport shall, before any
such conservator shall enter upon the duties of the office, enter into bond with
approved surety before the clerk of the circuit court having jurisdiction over
such airport in the penalty of $1,000 for each conservator so appointed, with
condition for the faithful discharge of his official duties.
