CHARGING GRAND JURY IN PRESENCE OF PERSON SELECTED AS JUROR (§ 19.2-261)

The court shall not charge the grand jury in the presence of any person selected
as a juror to try any person indicted by the said grand jury. A violation of
this provision shall constitute reversible error in any criminal case tried by a
jury composed of one or more such veniremen.
