OFFICERS OF COMMONWEALTH AND ITS INSTITUTIONS TO MAKE REPORTS TO GOVERNOR (§
2.2-110)

The officers of the executive branch of state government and superintendents and
boards of state institutions shall make to the Governor reports at the times
prescribed by law or at any time the Governor may require on any subject
relating to their offices and institutions. The reports shall be in a written or
electronic format and contain such information as the Governor may require. The
reports shall be filed in the office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth, and
under his supervision, summarized and recorded in books kept for the purpose.
