DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION (§ 20-177)

Except as otherwise provided by law, during the collaborative law process, on
the request of another party, a party shall make timely, full, candid, and
informal disclosure of information related to the collaborative matter without
the requirement of the formal discovery procedures set forth in Part 4 of the
Rules of Supreme Court of Virginia. A party shall also promptly update
previously disclosed information that has materially changed. The parties may
define the scope of disclosure during the collaborative law process.
