FURTHER VALIDATION OF PROCEEDINGS (§ 21-121.1)

All proceedings had in the creation of sanitary districts in the Commonwealth
prior to June 30, 1954, whether under general law or by special act, are
validated and confirmed, and all such districts so created or attempted to be
created, under existing general law or by special act, are declared to be
validly created and established, notwithstanding any defects or irregularities
in the creation thereof, including any curable unconstitutionality of a
procedural character, such as failure of the act to correspond with title and
such constitutional questions.
