NOTICE OF INTENTION TO WITHDRAW (§ 21-203)

Any county or city in whole or in part embraced within a district either
heretofore or hereafter created by or pursuant to any special act of the General
Assembly may, by resolution adopted by its governing body and filed with the
commission within six months after the creation of the district, give notice of
its intention to consider withdrawing from the district. If such notice be given
in the manner aforesaid then no election on the question of the issuance of
bonds of the commission shall be held until at least one year after the creation
of the district.
