REMEDIES TO PREVENT VIOLATION (§ 21-220)

Any county, city, town or other public body, or person may be restrained,
enjoined or otherwise prevented from violating or continuing the violation of
any provision of §§ 21-218 and 21-219 by injunction, mandamus or any other
appropriate remedy at law or in equity, by any court of competent jurisdiction,
upon action, bill, suit or other proceeding instituted by the commission or by
any attorney for the Commonwealth.
