ASSISTANCE IN MAKING SURVEY (§ 21-326)

The board of viewers shall have power to employ such assistants as may be
necessary to make a complete survey of the drainage district, and unless already
completely surveyed and chartered, by United States or state engineers, shall
enter upon the ground and make a survey of the main drain, or drains, and all
its laterals, as approved by the court at the preliminary hearing, or any other
drainways, answering the same purpose, if found more feasible or economical.
