ADOPTION OF SURVEYS ALREADY MADE (§ 21-332)

In any case where surveys have been made by or under the direction of any
engineer, surveyor, corporation, town, city, county, state or of the United
States government, of lands, in any part or parcel of land included within any
proposed drainage district, authority is given to the court in which the
proceedings involving such land are condemned to adopt such survey or surveys
and such information concerning the same as can be obtained from the engineer,
surveyor, corporation, town, city, county, state or United States government,
and to dispense with any other survey work which in its judgment can be omitted
without prejudice to the right of any party whose lands are affected.
