ANNUAL REPORT; EXAMINATION OF RECORDS, BOOKS, AND ACCOUNTS (§ 23.1-1216)

A. The Authority shall submit to the Governor and General Assembly an annual
report of the interim activity and work of the Authority on or before November 1
of each year. Such report shall be submitted as a report document as provided in
the procedures of the Division of Legislative Automated Systems for the
processing of legislative documents and reports and shall be posted on the
General Assembly&#8217;s website. Such report shall contain, at a minimum, the
annual financial statements of the Authority for the year ending the preceding
June 30.

B. The records, books, and accounts of the Authority are subject to examination
and inspection by duly authorized representatives of the General Assembly and
any bondholder at any reasonable time, provided that such examination and
inspection do not unduly interrupt or interfere with the business of the
Authority.
