REMEDIES OF OBLIGEES OF AUTHORITY (§ 23.1-2422)

Except to the extent that the rights granted by this chapter may be restricted
by such trust indenture or trust or other agreement, any (i) holder of bonds or
coupons issued under the provisions of this chapter and (ii) trustee or other
agent for bondholders under any trust indenture or trust or other agreement may,
either at law or in equity, by suit, action, injunction, mandamus, or other
proceedings, (a) protect and enforce any and all rights granted by this chapter
or under the laws of the Commonwealth, such trust indenture, trust, or other
agreement, or the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds and (b)
enforce and compel the Authority or any agent or officer of the Authority to
perform all duties required by this chapter or such trust indenture, trust, or
other agreement or resolution, including the fixing, charging, and collecting of
fees, rents, and other charges.
