PROHIBITING THE SOLICITATION IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS OF SIGNATURES FOR NOMINATING
PETITIONS BY ELECTORAL BOARD MEMBERS AND EMPLOYEES (§ 24.2-106.1)

No member of an electoral board or their office staff shall solicit or assist in
the solicitation of signatures for nominating petitions for candidates for
public office in any public building owned or leased by the county or city
served by the electoral board.
