RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION; PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION (§ 3.2-3211)

Any Commission employee designated for the purpose, shall have access to, and
may enter at all reasonable hours, all places where milk is stored, bottled, or
manufactured into food products and any designated employee shall have the power
to inspect books and records in any place within the Commonwealth for the
purpose of ascertaining facts to enable the Commission to administer this
chapter. All information ascertained shall be confidential, unless the parties
concerned agree to its being given out. The Commission may combine such
information for any market and make it public.
