COMMISSIONER TO HAVE CONCURRENT AUTHORITY WITH SEALERS; ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
WITH CHAPTER (§ 3.2-5619)

In cities and counties where sealers of weights and measures have been appointed
as provided for in this chapter, the Commissioner shall have concurrent
authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The provisions of this
chapter shall be the law throughout the Commonwealth and no city or county shall
pass or enforce ordinances in conflict.
