DEFINITIONS (§ 3.2-6035)

As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:
		&#8220;Shooting enclosure&#8221; or &#8220;enclosure&#8221; means any fenced
area open commercially to the public or any private facility where animals are
held for the purpose of being shot.
		&#8220;Wildlife&#8221; means any native or exotic wild animal or bird.
