DEFINITIONS (§ 3.2-900)

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires a different meaning:
		&#8220;Nuisance birds&#8221; means blackbirds, red-winged blackbirds,
grackles, cowbirds, pigeons, and starlings, or any other species so declared by
regulations of the Board when causing or about to cause economic losses in the
Commonwealth; becoming detrimental to the public health and welfare; defacing or
defiling public or private property or otherwise creating a public nuisance.
		&#8220;Person&#8221; means the term as defined in § 1-230. The term also
means any society.
