COPIES OF REGULATIONS AS EVIDENCE (§ 33.2-211)

Copies of regulations of the Board and of additions or amendments thereto
printed under the authority of the Board shall be admissible in all of the
courts of the Commonwealth without further proof and given the force and effect
prescribed hereby, and the fact that such printed copies bear the name of the
Board shall be prima facie evidence that they are duly adopted and promulgated
under the provisions of this title and that they are true copies of the
regulations, or of any additions and amendments thereto, adopted pursuant to the
provisions of subsection A of § 33.2-210.
