LEGAL SERVICES INSURANCE (§ 38.2-127)

&#8220;Legal services insurance&#8221; means the assumption of a contractual
obligation to reimburse the insured against, or pay on behalf of the insured,
all or a portion of his fees, costs, and expenses related to services performed
by or under the supervision of an attorney licensed to practice in the
jurisdiction where the services are performed.
