SUBMISSION OF EXAMINATION REPORT (§ 38.2-1320.1)

No later than ninety days following completion of any examination, the
Commission shall furnish two copies of the report to the person examined and
shall notify the person that he may, within thirty days, make a written
submission with respect to any facts, conclusions or recommendations contained
in the examination report.

1. If the report contains any recommendation for corrective action by or on
behalf of the person examined, the person shall make a written submission
explaining what procedures have been implemented or are anticipated with respect
to each recommendation of corrective action.

2. Any person seeking to take issue with any matter contained in the examination
report shall do so by including in its written submission a request for a
hearing before the Commission.
