NO LIABILITY FOR ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH (§ 38.2-1615)

There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action shall arise
against any member insurer, the Association or its agents or employees, the
board of directors, or the Commission or its representatives for any action
taken or statement made by them in good faith in the performance of their powers
and duties under this chapter. The Association&#8217;s board of directors shall
not incur any civil liability for any statements made in good faith under this
provision.
