WITHHOLDING INFORMATION; GIVING FALSE OR MISLEADING INFORMATION (§ 38.2-2027)

No person shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or
misleading information to (i) the Commission, (ii) any statistical agency
designated by the Commission, (iii) any rate service organization or (iv) any
insurer that will affect the rates or premiums subject to this chapter.
