NO POLICY TO EXCLUDE COVERAGE TO EMPLOYEE (§ 38.2-2207)

No policy or contract of bodily injury or property damage liability insurance
relating to the ownership, maintenance, or use of a motor vehicle, aircraft or
watercraft shall exclude coverage to an employee of the insured in any
controversy arising between employees even though one employee shall be awarded
compensation as provided in Title 65.2.
