HEARINGS; REPRESENTATION BY COUNSEL (§ 4.1-108)

Any licensee or applicant for any license granted by the Board shall have the
right to be represented by counsel at any Board hearing for which he has
received notice. The licensee or applicant shall not be required to be
represented by counsel during such hearing. Any officer or director of a
corporation may examine, cross-examine and question witnesses; present evidence
on behalf of the corporation; and draw conclusions and make arguments before the
Board or hearing officers without being in violation of the provisions of §
54.1-3904.
