LABEL ON SEALED CONTAINER PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF ALCOHOLIC CONTENT (§ 4.1-353)

In any prosecution for violations of this subtitle, where a sealed container is
labeled as containing an alcoholic beverage as defined herein, such labeling
shall be prima facie evidence of the alcoholic content of the container. Nothing
shall preclude the introduction of other relevant evidence to establish the
alcoholic content of a container, whether sealed or not.
