COUNSEL FOR MEMBERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD (§ 4.1-626)

If any member, agent, or employee of the Board shall be arrested, indicted, or
otherwise prosecuted on any charge arising out of any act committed in the
discharge of his official duties, the Board chairman may employ special counsel
approved by the Attorney General to defend such member, agent, or employee. The
compensation for special counsel employed pursuant to this section, shall,
subject to the approval of the Attorney General, be paid in the same manner as
other expenses incident to the administration of this subtitle are paid.
