 RESISTING, ETC., DIRECTOR OR AGENT OF THE DIRECTOR; PENALTY (§ 45.2-1006)

It is a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine of not more than $5,000, confinement
in jail for not more than one year, or both, for any person, except as permitted
by law, to willfully resist, prevent, impede, or interfere with the Director or
any agent of the Director in the performance of duties pursuant to this chapter.
