 UNDERGROUND ILLUMINATION (§ 45.2-816)

A. Electric-light wires shall be supported by suitable insulators or installed
in conduit, shall be fastened securely to the power conductors, and shall not
contact any combustible material.

B. Every electric light shall be guarded and installed so that it does not
contact any combustible material.
